Hi Saira!

Thanks for trusting AlterHéros for your question. I get that this kind of situation can sometimes be stressful.

From what I understand, you are wondering if there are any chances that you’re pregnant, since your period is 2 days late and your boyfriend recently rubbed his penis on your vulva, not knowing if he ejaculated or not.

The chances to get pregnant this way are low, but there’s still a small chance that this could happen. Even if your boyfriend didn’t ejaculate, you could still get seminal fluid on your vulva and there could be a really small chance that this fluid could go up to your uterus.

Once again, the possibility of getting pregnant this way is really slim, also because you mentioned that you were supposed to start your period on the same day. This means that you were not ovulating when this happened.

I don’t know if you got your menstruation since you sent us your question, but if you didn’t get it and you’re still incertain and want to get a clear answer, you could still wait a few days and get a pregnancy test. This way, you can be sure!

Finally, for the next time, I suggest you use a condom with your boyfriend, even if there’s no penetration. This way, there would be no stress about the chances to get pregnant and you would also avoid getting a blood-borne and sexual transmitted infection (BBSTI)!
