I wonder about my sperm... it is yellow coloured and sand-like matter surrounded with red border !

I have read the question asked on this site and many other for color of sperm, but I get yellow coloured and sand like matter surrounded with red border. What is that? Is that normal I get that when I do not ejaculate for long time?

From my point of view, anything that deals with a possible medical condition should be seen by a doctor if you have any doubt. Sperm is usually not sand-coloured nor red or bloody on the edges and a further analysis of this should be conducted by a specialist. Tell the doctor everything that could lead to information about this.
