Are you keen to help others, listening to them and offering support? During our 20 years of existence, we developed a unique model of intervention. Through our platform, questions regarding sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, sexuality and relationships in general, are answered anonymously! Being a part of our outreach team is a captivating exercise where you feel like you can make a difference in a society where sexual diversity and the plurality of genders are not known well enough.

Help LGBTQIA2S+ youth and those around them by joining our team! It can be a good opportunity to develop your intervention skills by working with a diverse clientele. Training in sexology, social work, psychology, medicine and nursing (completed or in progress) is a valuable asset!

Do you enjoy contact with the public? Would you like to be one of AlterHeros’ ambassadors, participate in information kiosks, be part of a community, and facilitate a variety of events? If so, join our visibility team and help us spread the word about the organization!

Do you prefer working from home? No problem! You can also participate by promoting AlterHeros online.

Are you good at programming, web or graphic design? Whether you’re a programmer, webmaster, graphic designer or simply a computer-savvy person, there’s a place for you on our geek team.

If the intervention team is the heart of AlterHeros, the Board of Directors is its brain. The team meets once a month for 2 to 3 hours and a meal is provided. Join the administration team to ensure the good management and sustainability of the organization.
