I want to find my way to a safe(r) country ...

Hello .  My name is S. am 23 years old , I’m from Morocco , I live in Rabat with my family I am student at university. I am a lesbian. I live in Morocco. My country, Morocco. Gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) in Morocco face legal and social challenges that other heterosexuals do not face. Sexual activity between men and women is illegal in Morocco. People from the gay community face stigma among the population. Likewise, homes in which homosexual partners live do not qualify for the same legal protection available for heterosexual couples, with several reports of a high level of discrimination and violations against the gay community. Whereas the legality of same-sex sexual activity is criminalized in Article 489 of the Moroccan Criminal Code, meaning "obscene or abnormal work with a person of the same sex". Therefore, homosexual activity is illegal in Morocco, and its perpetrator can be punished with imprisonment from 6 months to 3 years with a fine of between 120 and 1,200 Moroccan dirhams. The Moroccan government uses the law as a way for police officers to restrict the gay community. When someone is arrested in Morocco for a homosexual act, his name will be announced in the newspapers regardless of whether or not he is really gay. However, the law is applied sporadically by the authorities, as of today (02/22/2020), no president, minister or leader of a political party has published public statements talking about gay rights in Morocco, and no legislation has been enacted to protect them from violence And discrimination or the preservation of their rights, so the government's attitudes toward homosexuality tend to be in the interest of protecting the country's traditions, in line with traditional culture and the vision of religion in this matter. It should be noted that all books on the topics of homosexuality, sexual orientation or something similar are banned. Schools called for teaching a curriculum that "stresses ... the seriousness and corruption of" unnatural acts. "Moreover, on March 21, 2008, a statement was issued by the Moroccan Ministry of Interior, in which it revealed the full scope of the government's agenda by saying: "... preserving the morals of citizens and defending society against all irresponsible measures that could prejudice our identity and our culture." As for the foreign policy of the Moroccan government, it is proceeding in the same way that it pursues at home, as it did not participate in an international conference discussing gay issues and rights held in 2001, in addition to Morocco's absence from the United Nations conference on AIDS / HIV, and it also opposed the statement UN common denouncer of violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity. I cannot live in this country every day. I want to tell my friends about this. I fear that I will be imprisoned and everyone will hate me and try to kill me. I do not feel safe and I do not have rights. I had surgery because I carry the chromosome although I am a girl and everything looks like I My mom's only daughter who knows about it, I can't tell my story to anyone. My friends, I think that the process was that I had a problem with urination. I cannot tell them what I am suffering from. I have the documents and medical analysis that show all the facts * I want to find my way to a country where security and safety and live freely and recognize my identity and my rights and my dignity. I ask you to provide the necessary advice to you and all the steps that I must take. Please advise me please . S.

I hate how religions portray homosexuality

I hate when people start with religion and sexuality. They tell us how this stupid book says we can't be gay or whatever. They say its unnatural and try to 'FIX' us or abuse us. What if we don't want to be fixed, I certainly don't want to change my sexuality and third gender which I'm sure they are against too. Instead of trying to find a cure so people can be happy too, why don't they just leave us alone? My dad always brings up this stupid thing about how gays are wrong and how having same-sex intercourse is like doing it with animals. I told him that it's completely different because that's all about sex rather than sexuality and the animal can not make a mature choice as to if it wants to because it cannot speak so it's like RAPE, which is wrong. I'm really getting annoyed with the world's views on gays/transgenders and everything else. It's sickening. I want to help stop this madness but I don't know how. What can I do?? I feel so hopeless that the world is doomed to be forever like this.

Why do all religions condemn homosexuality?

Hello.... it is irfan here again.... well i read your was quite attractive and I liked reading about how every one has a right to live the way they want to live... From your answer, I am getting this idea that there is no religion in the world basically or we should not believe in any religion but as a Muslim that is not possible and it would be the most disgusting thing for me not to believe. If you have researched on different religions so you must have gotten the idea that nowadays everything is exactly as Islam predicted in its book the Koran: it means islam does exist..... that is for sure... I can't argue about this....but my problem can be solved by only your perspective/answer on this issue, i.e. that gay feelings are natural. If it's not natural then it could mean it is curable... if it would not be curable then it is not possible that islam predicted punishment.... it must have a solution on which we can act and can make our life comfortable. Just think about all religions being against gay feelings so how is it possible that being gay is natural?

I have a boyfriend but I am Muslim and cannot ...

My question is simple, but hard. As you can see I am from an Islamic country & so I can't have a boyfriend. But I still do and I love him. Me & my BF met online and have been together for a year. But because I am muslim I am not allowed to go out without my family, & on top of that, I don't have a mobile phone. So I've never seen my BF for the past year, & I only talked to him maybe 10 times from my friend's mobile. I can't go out with my friends either so there's no chance of seeing him. I feel like he's sick of me. What should I do?

I am gay and I am criticized in my country ...

Hello , I'm a gay guy from Tunisia and I have some problems being gay! A lot of people even at school criticize the way I talk and walk and they're staring at me all the time. Besides,I have sexual urges and I want to have sex but I can't find sex partners to do it so I gave up and I became addicted to masturbation and gay porn movies. In my country, Tunisia, even gay and sexual websites are censored ! Sometimes , I think of committing suicide and it will be over ... What should I do and can I contact any organizations abroad to help me travel and live abroad legally? I have heard about this gay guy who left Tunisia to the U.S in 2003 after getting help from a L.G.B.T organisation. Please I need your help!

I am attracted to the same sex, but live in ...

Since childhood I have been attracted to the same sex. I was raised in a very conservative religious environment, and such things are not even mentioned in my family. I accepted that I was odd or different and in my 20's married. I have now been married 20 years and can't seem to fight any longer my urges for another man. I don't want to lose my wife and everything and every friend I have, and I would if this attraction were in the open. What should I do?

I enjoy seeing girls having sex, but I don’t want ...

I am a straight girl. I always want to look at pornography on the Internet. I know I shouldn't, but I can't help it. I look at a girl and a guy have sex, but I watch more videos of girls having sex with other girl. I know I am straight, but I need someone to tell me if I am straight. I can't be gay/lesbian/bi and be a Pentecostal (that's my religion). I need someone to tell me I am straight and I am doing my best to stop looking at pornography. I love the Lord and He will help me understand. I would never kiss or have sex with another girl, but I enjoy seeing other girls have sex. I don't like that feeling at all! What should I do?

Religion and sexual orientation

To whom it may concern, I am currently in a bisexual relationship and am not sure about whether that is exactly "right" or not. I have started getting various things on both sides. I am not sure about either one. I am a christian but, I truly love this girl, even if she is bisexual and would like to be with her. However I do not want to interfere with my faith. Can you help me find out if it is okay to be in this relationship? Thanks, Dave
